How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Cdcmotorcycles Septic wants each homeowner to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Cdcmotorcycles Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Cdcmotorcycles Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@cdcmotorcycles.help. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Disagree
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
